Gramercy Park in New York City - any similar New York City neighborhoods?

As far as aesthetic, the West Village and a few streets in the East Village resemble Gramercy Park. But, Grams is quite different than most other neighborhoods in that there's a certain amount of elitism to the area. Because the park can only be accessed by residents of the park, the community is rather exclusive. Also, it is one of the few neighborhoods in Manhattan that is almost entirely residential. There aren't really many businesses in Gramercy Park. It's kind of crazy but really beautiful . . .if you can afford it.
