Grand Marnier Dr
"Quiet, overlooking the city of Arnold."
LaCheateau Court is a very nice street of two-story brick homes. The area is well kept and polite, if not friendly.
The street is on a hill so both front and back yards have steep slopes. Looking from the street you can see all of Arnold below in the distance.
The street has very little traffic, but there are a lot of children, so care must be taken when driving.
The street is very safe, crime is at a minimum. There are no nearby services in walking distance. When the Meramec River floods (every decade) the southern exit of this subdivision is often blocked. However, the north is always open. Flooding is never a concern on LaCheatau Court, intself.
If you like to walk, take into account the steepness of the surrounding streets.
