Greater Grand Crossing is best known for having some of the best restaurants in the area. So my recommendations are going to be mostly food based (and there might not be 10).

For the best BBQ you have your choice of Uncle John's or Barbara Ann's. For some of the best vegan food they have Soul Veg. Some other notable restaurants are: Cafe' Trinidad, 5 Loaves Eatery, and Brown Sugar Bakery. There is also a great jazz bar called New Apartment Lounge Bar.
