Greater Heights
"Historic Heights"
Bordering the North 610 Loop and Interstate 45, in North Houston is where you will find the Historic area of the Heights. Main roads traveled here are Yale, Crosstimbers, and North Shepherd. The Heights is a fairly updated area, where many residents have taken it upon themselves to renovate their homes or buy and flip them for a profit. The area is very diverse. Real estate located here is quite expensive, due to the desired location and the fact that it has been restored. Strip centers, quaint restaurants, and vintage shops line the streets in this neighborhood. You can find restaurants and entertainment within a short driving distance, as well as around the neighborhood. This area has become popular and continues to grow.
