Is housing near the slaughter houses much cheaper than other areas of Greeley?

There really isn't that much housing near the meat packing plant. The closest homes are the lower end priced homes.

Yes, because it's not really an attractive area and the smell is less than appealing. From what I've noticed in my time there, the more you go west the nicer/more costly it becomes.
