Any tips from locals for finding an apartment in Gresham, Chicago?

Look elsewhere. I've known two people who've lived in Gresham, and both have had breakins at their place or in their building, and they both want to leave. You shouldn't have much trouble finding a place in Gresham for a good price, but you'll get what you pay for.
