"dollhouse older homes"

Grove Ave is a street of cute small older homes, probably built in the 50s and 60s. This street is very short with not much thru traffic so it is very quiet. There are several parks nearby for hiking, and the area overlooks the surrounding hills, so it is pretty peaceful.
