Should I choose Hawaii for my big move?

Hey! I am exploring some options right now & am currently looking to move somewhere crazy & tropical & I'm wondering if anyone can give any advice on Hawaii:) I am a21 year old female & I would love to move to hawaii for a year but I'm coming from Alberta Canada!! What are the prices like, the wages, the living?!!! Am I going to get bullied for being Caucasian? I've read many posts saying there is a lot of racism there & I'm looking to go on a spiritual journey, change my life, explore & create memories... I don't want to have a negative experience!!
