"Great safe family friendly neighborhood"
We have lived her for 5 years and love the area. My favorite things about it are: walking distance to downtown Fairfax, quiet and safe, beautiful trails/hills. Great schools from what we hear (our daughter is only 2). Neighborhood is friendly, but not overly so (which I actually appreciate as I'm not super outgoing). The main downsides are our commute to SF and the cost of living here is a bit steep.
