Hegewisch, Chicago - What are home prices like at the lower, middle and top end?

Hegewisch is way down south and doesn't have the best reputation, so you shouldn't have to pay very much. I'd say around $100 thousand for a cheap place, with some cheaper for foreclosures, $150 thousand for the middle and maybe double that for the higher end places.

The average listing price for homes in Hegewisch, Chicago is $130K. At the high end you should expect to pay around $260K, while the low end will cost you around $90K.
