"affordable, quaint neighborhood"

Hemlock Ave is in a neighborhood in South SF that I personally like, it is quiet and off the beaten path, near several parks. The homes are small and older but decent, and affordable compared to the rest of the area. This is not really an upscale area but is safe and has a lot of character. It is conveniently located to Hwy 101 to go north into SF.
