"Wooded neighborhood, Quiet, Contemporary Homes Under $150K with Elementary School Nearby"
This is the main road in the Hickory Grove sub-division. The houses on this road were built about 30 years ago, and are mostly contemporary in style. They are cedar sided and architecturally eye pleasing. Most houses sit on 3/4 acre lots. The neighborhood backs up to Pitner Elementary School, built 5 years ago, which serves grades K-5. There is a shopping plaza less than 1 mile away, with a Publix grocery store. McDonalds and Burger King are also in walking distance.
The road just outside the sub-division has no sidewalks, nor do any of the roads in the subdivision. This makes it dangerous to try walking to school or the stores. The street is on the public school bus route, but no public transportation is available otherwise.
