Are the parks in Holmes good for camping out overnight?

As far as I know, there are no town parks in Holmes at all (and if they exist, they've gone to great lengths to elude me). There is a camp in town called Camp Kaufmann, but if I'm not mistaken, it's a Girl Scout camp.

Right outside Holmes, there's a place called the Depot Hill Multiple Use Area, which is part of the Appalachian Trail. I believe there's some camping allowed there, along with hiking and a few of the other things you'd typically expect in an outdoors setting.
