Looking for a home free from barking dogs/boom cars

So tired of bad neighbors, barking dogs, and boom cars. Is there ANYWHERE in Texas that the "Right to QUIET Enjoyment" is still enforced?

Yes. I have 360 acres listed within an hour of Houston. Very peaceful.
