Son is moving - i am researching for studio to rent.

Working with Costco and until Jess is out of school in November 2017 - he wants to rent a studio. Something small just for him - until she can join him.
His move would be mid June 2017. I would like to research for him locations in a good neighborhood.
Can you help?
