Indialantic

If you are looking for a fairly quiet and safe place to live then Indialantic, Florida may be for you. The city is a small beach side community. It is very safe, due to its large Police Force, and it has a large number of people who truly love the city. There is a mix families, retired people, and singles. The city has a nice downtown with shopping and places to eat. The nightlife scene is not very good. But just over the causeway is Downtown Melbourne which is larger with more places to visit. There are two elementary schools, and a middle school. These are A-rated schools. For recreation there is the beach, the river, a gym, sport leagues and more. One of the best things is that you can always see and hear the Space Shuttle and any rocket launches from your own back yard, or the beach is a great place for viewing. Like I said, it's a great place to live, and it is located near numerous larger cities. Melbourne is 5 minutes away, and Orlando is under an hour away.
