"Terrible Neighborhood"
This is a terrible place to live. The neighbors are all noisy and throw parties throughout the night. They drive by blasting music (and also have drive-bys). Muggings happened a lot and one should NEVER go out at night. The police don't care about the neighbor hood and allow a lot of crime to happen. It seems as though they would rather serve the higher-valued properties to protect their tax revenue.
We cannot wait to move and would tomorrow if we could.

"Noisy, Dangerous Neighborhood"
Neighbors are noisy and have a lot of parties. Police constantly coming around to handle various noise issues. People run through the intersection stop signs, speed, and have even taken out street signs. Not a very nice place to live.

"Relatively Quiet, Has Issues"
A relatively quiet area, but some of the neighbors have noisy parties on a weekly basis. Neighbors also drive around playing loud music (enough to shake windows).
A lot of people drive very fast (40+ mph) through the area as it is an easy access road for 14th St.
Most of the neighbors either are very helpful and considerate to one another, or just keep to themselves. Only really have issues with a few of neighbors in area, and it is mostly due to noise (vehicle noise, party noise, neighbors getting drunk and yelling at one another).
A couple of unoccupied homes in the area, seem pretty vacant, though.
In one year there has only been one violent incident and one burglary in the area that I know.
There are a lot of stray cats wandering around the neighbor hood and some raccoons.
