Inner Sunset, San Francisco restaurants - top suggestions from locals?

If you like ethnic food, there are a lot of really great choices as far as Inner Sunset restaurants. Here are my top three:

Lavash, a Persian place.(Try the sampler plate if you have never been to a Persian place. Though I always order the Kabob Koubideh.)
New Eritrea, an Ethiopian place (go with the lamb dishes--they also have vegi dishes)
and
Koo, a Sushi Place--good for dates.
