Jefferson Park, Chicago - What are home prices like at the lower, middle and top end?

Jefferson Park is a nice area with some fairly expensive homes, though a few are closer to affordable, with the low end coming in under $100k, and the high end nearing $1 Million. There's a large middle area with prices in the $300k range, so if you're making decent money you can afford that.

Home prices in Jefferson Park at the lower end are $90,000, at the middle end are $275,000 , and at the top end of the market are around $865,000
