Which neighborhoods in Jersey City have the best school for 7th8th9th graders?

i have lived in the bronx my whole life an im ready for a change i dont want to move to far because i still have to take care of my grand mother this is why i chose jersey city because its only a 20 minute drive an the gas is way cheaper in nj then in the bronx so now that i have made up my mind now i just need to know which area is safe an has the best schools for my daughter so if any one can give me a little in sight i would be very greatful also i need to know where the section 8 office is located in jersey city i looked it up but i found 3 different location
