"A small, country town close to the "Big City""
Located along historic Route 66, Kellyville, Oklahoma, is centrally located close to larger cities and an abundance of lakes. A great place to raise children, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet close enough to not be an inconvenience in this fuel driven economy we live in today. You feel safe with your children being able to commute back and forth to school or the local park without the eminent dangers of living in a larger city.
Local resteraunt's include the down home cooking of Three Hearts family diner and Granny's Resteraunt. Kellyville also has a Simple Simon's, a very nice library, 2 convenience stores and a Senior Citizens center where there are weekly activities for anyone and everyone in the town.
The school system is great, challenging for children, but it also boasts of the "No Child Left Behind Act". Classes usually range from 300-500 children per grade.
Kellyville is located within 10 miles of Heyburn Lake and 10 miles of Lake Sahoma. Lake Sahoma is famous for trout fishing and they often have derby's for children and/or adults. Heyburn Lake is a peaceful little lake, great for the Saturday afternoon cookout/BBQ. It is complete with several boat ramps and a couple of great swimming holes.
Although it doesn't have any motels, Sapulpa is located only 10 miles away and has several, also Bristow, located about 15 miles further South, has a few as well.
