Living in the Kenwood neighborhood of Chicago - whats it like?

If you're planning on living in Kenwood I'd suggest getting there ASAP. it's becoming trendy because of the relationship to President Obama, and as it's a fairly safe, clean and nice area, I think a lot of people will want to live here. it had a downturn a few years back, but it's rebounded nicely, so there shouldn't be any problems. Nice neighborhood.
