"Family friendly neighborhood with flat streets and well groomed yards."

Kirk Avenue in Sunnyvale, California is the perfect bedroom community. Older single story homes line the street with well groomed yards and perfect sidewalks. Kids can walk or ride bikes to nearby parks such as Fair Oaks Park and Columbia Park. Commuters will love the proximity to Highway 101. Everything that you can possibly need is nearby such as hospitals, schools, entertainment, golf, jobs and shopping.
