Ryland in Coal Creek Village is building both Townhomes, Patio Homes, and Single Family homes. It's always a good idea to talk to a local realtor about the new builds in the area, as you can get insight on some of the history (for example, Coal Creek Village has seen a number of different builders go bankrupt, which is why there are homes there built in '05, and the area is still under construction). One thing a lot of buyers don't know about new build is that you can have the protection of a realtor on your side for no additional cost to you! Let the folks at the sales office know that you are working with a realtor on your first trip, and you will be better represented when it comes to understanding builder contracts. The builder will be responsible for paying your realtor.
Oh, and by the way, I believe Prana are apartments, not condos (meaning they are available to rent, not purchase).
