Can Putnam Valley residents use Lake Peekskill's beaches?

Or are there other public beaches residents can use?

Sadly no, Lake Peekskill's three beaches are solely for the residents of Lake Peekskill. (However, the nearby city of Peekskill has a beautiful waterfront.)
