What will a 1 bedroom rental cost in Laurel Heights, San Francisco?

Hey Christina, looks like a 1 bedroom rental in Laurel Heights will run you between $2500 to $3000 per month because of its location close to the colleges and to Pacific Heights. It is a nice spot but as you can rent prices in SF are just out of control.
