Is Lebanon a good place to live?

Me and my husband are planning on moving for a better life. We currently live in a really small town in Ky. There's not a lot here and there's no jobs. Are there good jobs in Lebanon?? My husband's field is production Manufacturer and I work in customer service/insurance sales. What is the cost of living like there? I'm really excited about us moving and making a new life for ourselves, I just don't want to make a move and end up in the same situation that we are already in. Thank you
