Is Lenox Hill in New York City walkable? Can I walk to everything or do I need a car?

Yeah. It's more of a hindrance to have a car pretty much anywhere in Manhattan. Lenox Hill is really close to the green line (456) so if you need to go anywhere else in town, that's easy breezy. Most things you need will be within walking distance, though. And, the neighborhood is really pretty.
