What is a nice 1 bed apartment would cost to rent out in LP?

My first one bedroom was at dickens and seminary and was large and beautiful (exposed brick, open kitchen, original wood floors, central air, diswasher, and vintage wood burning fireplace inside) was $1050 a month, but that was in 2003, so I'd assume its 1200-1300 now?
