Spend the time of your life in Lino Lakes! Right smack in the middle of the city is the 3,500 acre Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Reserve so you will never run out of fresh air to breathe in this area. Lino Lakes has been included in the 100 Best Places to Live in the US from Money Magazine.
The city is only 30 minutes away from St. Paul and Minneapolis. This distance is close enough if you want to go to the big city but far enough to maintain a quaint, country ambiance which is perfect for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
The park in the middle of Lino Lakes boasts of amazing facilities for the entire family to enjoy and it includes picnic spots, a beach, and seven interconnected lakes that the family can enjoy rowing at. The education scenario in Lino Lakes is awesome with the public school system spending a hundred dollars more the country’s average expenditure for each child. "Great Place To Raise A Family- Lino Lakes"
Lino Lakes is a medium sized suburban city of St Paul / Minneapolis, north of both downtowns. The drive to downtown St Paul is about 20 minutes via 35 E. The drive to Minneapolis is about 20-25 minutes via 35W. Lino Lakes features it's own school district- Centennial Schools-district 12. The community is fairly spread out and widespread which offers a little more privacy if that is what you are looking for. Restaurants and shopping is very average with most people going to close by Blaine or White Bear Lake for good restaurants. The area features a nice YMCA which ties the community together.

"Live in Lino Lakes"
Lino Lakes is a very green community connected by miles of walking/biking paths. The City of Lino Lakes has truly embraced the natural environment and wildlife. Great access to either 35W or 35E to get to both downtown Minneaplis or St. Paul.
