How much less expensive is it to buy a home in Longmont than Boulder?

These figures are from 2009 for a median priced home or condo, but it can probably give you an idea of the difference:
Longmont: $241,000
Boulder: $477,700

HeatherS wow almost 50% more to buy in Boulder! That is significant...but I must say, living in Boulder is 50% better than Longmont (just my opinion)...I rent an apartment near the center of town, no grass to mow, no toilet to repair, no taxes to pay, move when I want, walk from my place to downtown or university etc...there are tradeoffs but it has been worth the freedom and fun to rent, explore and live in Boulder!
