"Lower Deer Valley, close to all things Park City"
Lower Deer Valley is a four season neighborhood located near the main base area of Deer Valley Resort®. This neighborhood is located within close proximity to Main Street nightclubs, restaurants and shops. The resort's Snow Park Lodge is less than a mile away from Old Town. This neighborhood is great jumping point for year-round outdoor activities like hiking and mountain biking on adjacent trails, world class skiing, music and concerts at the base of Deer Valley so much more.
This area is particularly known for its easy location and most of the homes have some sort of dramatic view of the mountain and ski slopes and all within walking distance to Historic Main Street for restaurants, shops and all things Park City. You will definitely want to ride your bike to Main Street for the annual 4th of July parade. Totally home-grown.
Want to know more about Park City and definitely Lower Deer Valley, drop me a note at [email protected]. I've been a Park City local for more than 25 years.
I almost forgot, the Solamere Swim and Tennis Club is a great summer hang out for kids and adults alike for those that have a membership. I'm green with envy when I drive by in the summer and see all the families and kids having fun.
