"Dream family neighborhood and an excellent commuter location."

Madrone Avenue in Sunnyvale, California is a perfect neighborhood for families with children, seniors, singles and everyone commuting to nearby Bay Area cities. The beautiful tree lined street with well groomed yards and square bushes. Close to everything that you need or want, such as the Sunnyvale Golf Course, schools, hospitals, jobs, entertainment and restaurants. Just moments away from Highway 101.
