Can you recommend a fun, different and exciting shop in Manhatten that I should visit

Going on holiday in New York and looking for interesting shops to visit

It really depends on what sort of shops you are after, but if you want great cheap fashion, Century21 is where it's at. http://www.c21stores.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/storeLocation.store/storeID/53245028-734a-41dd-b796-274834ed88be

Also for some eye catching things, Toys R Us in Times Square is cool.
