In what neighborhood is W 3rd and Broadway considered?

Is this Astor Place? NoHo? Greenwich Village? "The Village" . . . etc.

It depends on which side of the road, but it borders NoHo right (East) of Broadway, and borders Greenwich Village left (West) of Broadway. Hope that helps!
