Wild New York City Weather-Tornado warning

First a grueling winter, then the hottest summer on record and today a Tornado warning for Brooklyn and Queens. Is everybody ok?

I didn't hear about a tornado. I know thunderstorms rolled through the area. I was on my computer when the storm struck. But it went through quick.

It was beautiful to watch from my window, but was surprised later to see images of trees knocked down--I didn't realize it was so powerful.
