"This beautiful street will take you back to the fifties."

Manzanita Avenue in Sunnyvale, California is a beautiful street with well groomed yards, white picket fences and well grown trees. The neighborhood is very friendly and filled with families of all age groups. Excellent for seniors and commuters as well. Highway 101 is just minutes away. The fun and beautiful Sunnyvale Golf Course is just around the corner. Kids and adults can walk to Columbia Park.
