"A small town feel is preserved just for you"
Every Summer I enjoy a friendly game of softball with my pals on Timpe Fields. Maple Plain falls within the Orono School District. This does wonders for resale and rental values. The unique benefit to this community as compared to others within this school district is affordability. There are a number of starter homes that would fit the budget of most new families moving into the area. Whether your coming to visit or passing through, stop by and grab a bite at Pete's Pizza or 'a cup of joe' at Blackwater Cafe.
The Baker Park reserve borders the east side of Maple Plain and offers 6+ beautiful miles of paved trails, circumventing Katrina Lake. This trail system connects with another on the NE side of the park and continues north through Loretto and all the way up to the southern edge of the Crow-Hassan Park Reserve near Hanover. Welcome home!
