Home price range in Marquette Park, Chicago - What can I expect to pay at the top, low and mid range?

Marquette Park isn't the cheapest part of Chicago, but it's not super safe or nice either, so the home prices tend to be affordable. Expect to pay around $60 thousand for a low end place, $100 thousand for a mid range and $200 for a nicer place.
