What are home prices like in McKinley Park, Chicago at the lower, middle and top end of the market?

McKinley Park isn't terribly expensive at all, and I've seen some foreclosures in the area for around $60,000 all the way up to $250,000 to $300,000 for the higher priced places.

The average listing price for homes in McKinley Park is $180K. At the high end you should expect to pay around $250K. Low end prices for homes are around $70K.
