"Your entire family will absolutely love living in this neighborhood near the ocean."

Mefferd Avenue in San Mateo, California is just a short walk to the ocean. It is within walking distance of Harbor View Park and Ryder Court Park. Families with children will love the good schools nearby. Commuters will love how easy it is to get onto the freeway and arrive at their destination in minutes. Everything that you need is close by such as hospitals, schools, restaurants, shopping and golf. Bring the entire family.
