What is the best restaurant in the Mesa Junction area of Pueblo?

Mesa Junction is home to a lot of mom-and-pop, diner-style restaurants. The Pantry is a good one, right across from the library - they have been in business for about forty years. Martinez Cafe is another family-owned Mexican restaurant a little further south. I have never personally been there but I've heard good things. The Cup N Cork is also one of my favorite hangouts - it's a coffee and wine bar that also serves light fare such as bruschetta, cheese platters, pastries, sandwiches, and salads.
