Are there any rentals in Milan or is it all for sale?

I was actually surprised to learn that there are several rentals available in Milan, given its low population. I'd say about 70% of the listings I saw read as "house for rent" and the rest are "apartment for rent," but all of the rentals here are located in private homes. There are no apartment buildings in Milan and nothing really even resembling an apartment complex.

There are definitely more places for sale than for rent here, however.
