Are there any apartment, townhouse or condo rentals in Washington?

Off the top of my head, I can't recall seeing any apartments at all in Washington. Millbrook/Washington is not the sort of area where you'll find apartment buildings or anything like that -- it IS the kind of town where you'll find multi-million dollar homes. It's always possible that there are folks renting out space in homes on their own.

You might get lucky with a condo or townhouse in the area, but even after having just done an apartment/condo/townhouse search in Washington, all the results come back Poughkeepsie or Pleasant Valley.
