What are home prices like in Miraloma Park, San Francisco at the lower, middle and top end of the market?

Home prices in Miraloma Park, San Francisoc are about in the middle end of the market, I think. Most homes here seem to range from about $600K to $800K. (Though there are some that are going $1.2 M. )

Hills usually raise the prices but Miraloma seems to be not quite as expensive as neighboring Westwood Highlands--and definitely a lot less than Saint Francis Wood which is mansion territory.
