Living in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco - what's it like?

Living in the Mission Bay neighorhood of San Francisco is pretty cool right now. The Mission Bay neighborhood, as you may or may not know, has been thoroughly refurbished. New apartment buildings and new restaurants dot the area and with the SF Giants playing nearby this neighborhood you proably get a lot of foot traffic through the area on game days.
