It is like a bedroom community. I work in the mission, grab a bite for dinner near work and get home around nine pm to go to bed. Balboa Park is nice to go during the day, in the evening it can be foggy and windy. Good for walking the dog. Whole food is up the hill on Ocean. Lots of places to eat but they are just two star holes in the wall. There is a Twin Peak Pizza, Henry Hunan, A decent sushi place on Mission. Glen Park Village has more upscale options. The charm of Mission Terrace is it is like a suburb in the city, close to everything. Very clean and quiet. You need to leave the neighborhood to spend money, when you get tired of the craziness you come back to your tranquil down to earth neighborhood.
