Should any parts of Mount Davidson Manor in San Francisco be avoided more than others?

I suppose I would say that you are probably more likely to run into crime problems down by Ocean Ave. That said, I would not go so far as to say that you should avoid Ocean Ave. in Mount Davidson Manor in San Francisco more than others. Just be more aware when you are there.
