The website for Union Church is www.hudsonvalley.org/node/429 and it says,
Visitors marvel at the colorful rose window created for the church by Henri Matisse. The design for the window was his last work of art before his death in 1954. ...
The glorious Good Samaritan window by Marc Chagall is a memorial John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Other family members would be memorialized by Chagall with windows based upon Biblical texts.

The beautiful windows by Chagall and Matisse are right there in the sweet little stone church.

One of the biggest draws of this church are the nine Chagall stained glass windows as well as one by Matisse! They are definitely worth a visit.
