How would I get to the Westchester County Airport without a car??

I've used a Taxi to get to Westchester airport and that's not a bad option even if you have a car. Parking can be hard to obtain there.

The simplest way may be to take the Metro North train to White Plains and then switch to the No. 12 Bee Line bus. There are also supposed to be some hotels in the area which offer complimentary shuttles to clients - it may be worth seeing if it is possible to get tickets on one of these if it suits your timings.
